Evenhouse & Co., P.C. was originally named John H. Evenhouse & Co., P.C. The company was founded when John Evenhouse left his position with Arthur Young & Co. in 1964. John had developed many relationships with small business entrepreneurs and began providing tax and financial reporting services. The business grew by referrals from clients who were very pleased with the quality service being provided. In 1970 the firm was one of the very first small businesses to install an in-house computer system. This technology improved both our accounting process and the information available to our clients.
Since that early investment, Evenhouse & Co., P.C. has remained a leader in using technology for you, our clients. Great personnel have also been a hallmark of Evenhouse & Co. Most of the accountants at Evenhouse & Co. have been working with the company since their graduation from college. We at Evenhouse & Co. understand that our work is about people and their goals. It is more than just numbers. Ingenuity, determination and a passion for serving clients have driven the firm since the beginning.
